I'm not sure if you can really say that it is "back" since this is in no way affiliated with the Scratch Foundation, but I guess this is probably the closest thing to the 2.0-era Scratch website that you'll ever get, so I guess it kinda is? Anyways, welcome! 
Developer of much of the backend code for this website (the Scratch section, not the rest!) along with contributions from @chipmunkmc.
