I currently have Arch Linux on my main PC and laptop, and have used it since 2023. I have thought of switching to Alpine Linux, though that would break compatibility with binaries relying on glibc so I'm not sure about whether I should. I'm also interested in Gentoo though I hear compiling stuff takes a while.
About Alpine Linux, I currently use it on both of my servers (the ones running chipmunk.land) as well as the exit node VPS.
As for my phone, I have the stock ROM on it as of now, which is based on Android 7.0 Nougat, with root (Magisk) and slight tweaks. I might port LineageOS and/or postmarketOS to it eventually.
(edit, forgot to say) I also have an old laptop with a multi-boot of Windows Vista, 8.1 (Server 2012 R2, which has less bloat), and 10 (Server 2019). Note that I've tried 10 IoT LTSC 2021 and Server 2022, both were unbearably slow.

As far as browsers go, I mainly use Librewolf, and sometimes also Ungoogled Chromium. I also like Pale Moon and Basilisk, especially for using plugins like Flash Player.
On my phone, I currently use Bromite and Mull, which are two browser forks that were too abandoned to ever drop support for Nougat . I also like Cromite, the spiritual successor to Bromite, but like mainline Chromium newer versions break compatibility with old Android releases.
And as for legacy Windows systems, I like r3dfox, Supermium, and New Moon / Serpent (roytam1's browser forks). I particularly find it cool that r3dfox added some User-Agent overrides to bypass Anubis on some sites, which is quite awesome! If only skipping Cloudflare was that easy too…
