Incorrect post time displayed when creating a comment/reply on profiles

My browser / operating system: Windows 11 26200.8875, Chrome 150.0.7871.128, Flash 32.0 (release 0)

on profile pages, when creating/posting comments and replies, the posting time of the comment will be off until you refresh the page

@Heathercat123 unpatch the location thing because TODO: What is this supposed to output? Not a blank page, for sure! Either way, your country wasn't accepted, sorry! If you think this is a bug,report it to the Bugs and Glitches forum immediatly!

1. you should make a new topic instead of replying to this one
2. that's a patch, not a bug, i'd imagine it's mimicing what happens when you try setting a custom location on your account on scratch.mit.edu
3. i'd imagine the custom location bug got patched because sooner or later there'd be a few people who'd abuse it to say very inappropriate things

Indeed, that is one of the reasons why I patched it, but it's also because having it be this way makes it behave more like scratch.mit.edu. I might add an option for administrators to bring back the bug, idk.
